52 U.S.C. § 20944: Membership of Board of Advisors

Two members appointed by the National Governors Association. Two members appointed by the National Conference of State Legislatures. Two members appointed by the National Association of Secretaries of State. Two members appointed by the National Association of State Election Directors. Any vacancy in the Board of Advisors shall be filled in the manner in which the original appointment was made. The Board of Advisors shall elect a Chair from among its members.
