The clerk shall cause notices of the filing and hearing of the petition to be posted at least seven days before the date set for the hearing in three public places in the district. The notice shall be headed “Notice of the proposed formation of ____ (insert name of the proposed lighting district) lighting district” in letters not less than one inch in height and in legible type it shall: (a) State the fact and date of the filing of the petition. (b) Specify the date and hour set for hearing the petition and the protests of interested parties. (c) Specify the boundaries of the proposed district. (d) Refer to the petition for further particulars.
