$190,000,000 for fiscal year 2008. $193,000,000 for fiscal year 2009. $199,000,000 for fiscal year 2010. $203,000,000 for fiscal year 2011. $206,000,000 for fiscal year 2012 and each fiscal year thereafter. Fruits, vegetables, and nuts may be purchased under this section in the form of frozen, canned, dried, or fresh fruits, vegetables, and nuts.
