42 U.S.C. § 8285c: Authorization of appropriations

To carry out this subchapter there is authorized to be appropriated the sum of $10,000,000 for the fiscal year ending on September 30, 1981 , and the sum of $15,000,000 for the fiscal year ending on September 30, 1982 . Any funds appropriated under the authorization contained in this section shall remain available until expended.
