Pursuant to the authorization of appropriations in section 3103(a), 1 $25,000,000 may be used for purposes of carrying out this subchapter. 1 See References in Text note below. There is hereby authorized to be appropriated $250,000,000 to the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Fund established by section 7384e of this title .
