The term “Director” means the Director of Science, Engineering, and Mathematics Education. The term “National Laboratory” has the meaning given the term in section 15801 of this title . consult with the Secretary of Education and the Director of the National Science Foundation regarding activities authorized under subpart B of the Department of Energy Science Education Enhancement Act [this part] (as added by subsection (d)(3)) to improve science and mathematics education; and otherwise make available to the Secretary of Education reports associated with programs authorized under that section.”
