42 U.S.C. § 290cc: Definitions

The term “eligible homeless individual” means an individual described in section 290cc–22(a) of this title . The term “homeless individual” has the meaning given such term in section 254b(h)(5) of this title . The term “State” means each of the several States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. The term “substance use disorder services” has the meaning given the term “substance abuse services” in section 254b(h)(5)(C) 1 of this title. 1 See References in Text note below.
