There is a National Visitor Facilities Advisory Commission. the Secretary of the Interior; the Administrator of General Services; the Secretary of the Smithsonian Institution; the Chairman of the National Capital Planning Commission; the Chairman of the Commission of Fine Arts; six Members of the Senate, three from each party, to be appointed by the President of the Senate; six Members of the House of Representatives, three from each party, to be appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives; and three individuals appointed by the President, at least two of whom shall not be officers of the Federal Government, and one member of whom shall be a representative of the District of Columbia government. The Secretary of the Interior serves as the Chairman of the Commission. Non-federal members serve at the pleasure of the President. The Commission shall meet at the call of the Chairman.
