In this chapter, the term “Capitol Buildings” means the United States Capitol, the Senate and House Office Buildings and garages, the Capitol Power Plant, all buildings on the real property described under section 5102(c) (including the Administrative Building of the United States Botanic Garden) 1 all buildings on the real property described under section 5102(d), all subways and enclosed passages connecting two or more of those structures, and the real property underlying and enclosed by any of those structures. 1 So in original. Probably should be followed by a comma. The great hall of the Capitol Visitor Center shall be known and designated as ‘Emancipation Hall’, and any reference to the great hall in any law, rule, or regulation shall be deemed to be a reference to Emancipation Hall. This section shall apply on and after the date of the enactment of this Act [ Dec. 18, 2007 ].”
