$87,000,000 for fiscal year 2008; $100,000,000 for fiscal year 2009; $105,000,000 for fiscal year 2010; $108,000,000 for fiscal year 2011; $110,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2012 through 2021; and $200,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2022 through 2026. $12,000,000 for fiscal year 2008; $12,500,000 for fiscal year 2009; $13,000,000 for fiscal year 2010; $13,500,000 for fiscal year 2011; and $14,000,000 for fiscal year 2012. Of the amounts made available under subsection (a), $20,000,000 may be used to carry out section 14509 for each of fiscal years 2022 through 2026. Of the amounts made available under subsection (a), $5,000,000 shall be used to carry out section 14511 for each of fiscal years 2022 through 2026. Amounts made available under subsection (a) remain available until expended. Funds approved by the Appalachian Regional Commission for a project in a State in the Appalachian region pursuant to a congressional directive shall be derived from the total amount allocated to the State by the Appalachian Regional Commission from amounts appropriated to carry out this subtitle.
