The term “commercial product” has the meaning given that term in section 103 of title 41 . The term “executive agency” has the meaning given that term in section 133 of title 41 . The term “information resources” has the meaning given that term in section 3502 of title 44 . The term “information resources management” has the meaning given that term in section 3502 of title 44 . The term “information system” has the meaning given that term in section 3502 of title 44 . of that equipment; or of that equipment to a significant extent in the performance of a service or the furnishing of a product; includes computers, ancillary equipment (including imaging peripherals, input, output, and storage devices necessary for security and surveillance), peripheral equipment designed to be controlled by the central processing unit of a computer, software, firmware and similar procedures, services (including support services), and related resources; but does not include any equipment acquired by a federal contractor incidental to a federal contract.
