For the purpose of carrying out part A, there are authorized to be appropriated $2,295,830,000 for each of fiscal years 2017 through 2020. $468,880,575 for each of fiscal years 2017 and 2018; $469,168,000 for fiscal year 2019; and $489,168,000 for fiscal year 2020.
