Effective one year after the date of the enactment of this Act [ May 5, 2017 ], subtitle B [§§ 421–430] of title IV of Public Law 102–281 [enacting this chapter] is repealed. On the day before the date of the repeal under subsection (a), the Secretary of the Treasury shall transfer the amounts in the fund described in section 408(a) of subtitle A of title IV of such Public Law [listed in a table of Commemorative Coins under section 5112 of Title 31 , Money and Finance] into the general fund of the Treasury.”
