prescribe the periods during which they will be operated; prescribe regulations for their administration; prescribe the courses to be taught; detail members of the Regular Air Force or members of the Space Force in an active status to designated duties relating to the camps; use necessary supplies and transportation; furnish uniforms, subsistence, and medical attendance and supplies to persons attending the camp; and water; fuel; light; temporary structures, except barracks and officers’ quarters; screening; damages resulting from field exercises; expenses incident to theoretical winter instruction of trainees; and other expenses incident to maintaining the camps.
