the Surgeon General; the Assistant Surgeons General; the Medical Corps; the Dental Corps; the Veterinary Corps; the Medical Service Corps; the Army Nurse Corps; and the Army Medical Specialist Corps. The Secretary of the Army and the Secretary of Health and Human Services may jointly conduct a program to augment the Army Medical Department by exercising any authorities provided to those officials in law for the detailing of reserve commissioned officers of the Public Health Service not in an active status to the Army Medical Department for that purpose. The Secretary of the Army and the Secretary of Health and Human Services shall enter into an agreement governing any program conducted under subsection (a).”
