(a) The State Department of Developmental Services shall, on or before February 1 of each year, report to the Legislature and post on its Internet Web site supplemental budget information, which shall include both of the following: (1) For each developmental center, an estimate for the annual budget, including a breakdown of the staffing costs for Porterville Developmental Center’s general treatment area and secured treatment area. (2) For each regional center, all of the following information: (A) Current fiscal year allocations of total and per capita funding for operations and purchase of services. (B) The number of persons with developmental disabilities being served by the regional center in the current fiscal year. (C) The past fiscal year and current fiscal year information on the funding for its community placement plan, including a breakdown of the funding for startup, assessment, placement, and deflection. (D) Staff information. (b) A report to be submitted pursuant to subdivision (a) shall be submitted in compliance with Section 9795 of the Government Code.
