As a means of correcting the socially harmful tendencies of a person committed to the authority, the director may (a) Require participation by him in vocational, physical, educational and corrective training and activities; (b) Require such conduct and modes of life as seem best adapted to fit him for return to full liberty without danger to the public welfare; (c) Make use of other methods of treatment conducive to the correction of the person and to the prevention of future public offenses by him; (d) Provide useful work projects or work assignments for which such persons may qualify and be paid wages for such work from any moneys made available to the director for this purpose.
