The projects shall specifically delineate the scope and nature of services to be offered to participants. Services shall include: (a) Assistance with shopping. (b) Assistance with meal preparation. (c) Assistance with laundry. (d) Assistance with home upkeep and management. (e) Help with personal care and dressing. (f) Transportation to any offered services not available at the participant’s home. (g) Counseling and information and referral services on financial, relocation, legal and other matters. (h) Geriatric diagnostic health clinics at specified and limited places and times. (i) A coordinating service for emergency and crisis intervention. (j) Limited medical services, plus emergency medicine. (k) Physical therapy (planned functional restitution). ( l ) Social services. (m) A hot meal per day. (n) Social activities.
