Upon dissolution of a district, the clerk of the board of supervisors shall file a certificate with the Secretary of State listing: (a) The name of the district. (b) The effective date of dissolution. (c) The county or counties in which the district was located. If the order declaring the district dissolved contains all of the information required to be in the certificate, the clerk of the board may file a copy of the order in lieu of the certificate.
