The engineering investigation and report shall include all of the following: (a) Information for the consideration of the board in its determination of the annual overdraft. (b) Information for the consideration of the board in its determination of the accumulated overdraft as of the last day of the preceding water year. (c) A report as to the total production of water from the ground water supplies of the district for the preceding water year. (d) An estimate of the annual overdraft for the current water year and for the ensuing water year. (e) The amount of water the district is obligated to purchase during the ensuing water year, and a recommendation as to the quantity of water needed for surface delivery and for replenishment of the ground water supplies of the district for the ensuing year. (f) Such other information as the district desires.
