The registration form for water-measuring devices shall contain all of the following: (a) Information as to the owner or owners of the land upon which each water-producing facility is located. (b) A general description and location of each water-producing facility. (c) The name and address of the person charged with the operation of each water-producing facility. (d) The name or names and addresses of all persons owning or claiming to own an interest in the water-producing facility. (e) Such other information as the district determines is necessary and requires.
