The notice of the bond election shall also state all of the following: (a) The amount of the debt proposed to be incurred. (b) The purpose thereof, in brief form, with a reference to the report required by Section 74800 for further particulars. (c) The number of years the bonds or any part thereof are to run until maturity. (d) The maximum rate of interest the bonds shall bear.
