The board shall give notice of the election to authorize the bonded indebtedness, which notice shall contain all of the following: (a) The resolution adopted pursuant to Section 31391 calling the election. (b) The boundaries of voting precincts, which shall include only the portion of the district specified in the resolution. (c) The location of polling places. (d) The names of the officers selected to conduct the election in each precinct, who shall consist of one judge, one inspector, and two clerks.
