(a) The terms of the members of the California Water Commission in office as of January 1, 1958, shall expire as follows: (1) One member on January 15, 1958. (2) Two members on January 15, 1959. (3) Two members on January 15, 1960. (4) Two members on January 15, 1961. (b) The terms of the two additional members of the commission provided for by Chapter 2112 of the Statutes of 1959 shall expire as follows: (1) One member on January 15, 1962. (2) One member on January 15, 1963. (c) The terms of the successors to the members shall be for four years.
