The fee for a license issued to a registration service is as follows: (a) For the original license, or an ownership change which requires a new application, one hundred fifty dollars ($150), which is nonrefundable. (b) For the annual renewal of a license, fifteen dollars ($15). (c) For the alteration of an existing license required by a name change, address change, change in corporate officer structure, or the addition of a branch location, seventy dollars ($70).
