Program grants may be used for the activities in Section 9802 and for any of the following activities: (a) Legal fees for housing acquisition. (b) Administrative and technical assistance costs of the program applicant that may not exceed 15 percent of the program grant, or another amount as is determined by the director to be necessary to support capacity development of a private nonprofit community-based organization. The applicant may contract with a technical assistance provider approved by the director. (c) Defraying costs for the ongoing training and technical assistance needs of the program applicant that are related to developing and carrying out the program.
