(a) The excess property owned by the department described in subdivision (b) that is leased until June 30, 2005, to the Century Housing Corporation, a nonprofit corporation, and used for job training and placement purposes, shall continue to be leased to that party until June 30, 2028, at the existing rent. (b) The excess property consists of approximately 1.3 acres, is referred to as excess parcels 6160, 6166, 6167, and 6168, and is located adjacent to Lennox Boulevard and State Highway (Interstate) Route 405 in an unincorporated area of Los Angeles County.
