PUC §130803: For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply: (a) “Authority” means the San Bernardino County Transportation Authority established pursuant to Section 130806.

For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply: (a) “Authority” means the San Bernardino County Transportation Authority established pursuant to Section 130806. (b) “Local congestion management agency” means a County of San Bernardino congestion management agency established pursuant to subdivision (a) of Section 65089 of the Government Code. (c) “Local transportation authority” means a County of San Bernardino transportation authority established pursuant to Section 180050. (d) “San Bernardino Associated Governments” means the joint powers agency established pursuant to the Joint Exercise of Powers Act (Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 6500) of Division 7 of Title 1 of the Government Code). (e) “San Bernardino County Consolidated Agencies” means the San Bernardino County Transportation Commission established pursuant to Section 130050, the local transportation authority, service authority for freeway emergencies, and local congestion management agency in existence on December 31, 2016, and the San Bernardino Associated Governments when it was acting on behalf of, or in the capacity of, those entities. (f) “Service authority for freeway emergencies” means a County of San Bernardino service authority for freeway emergencies established pursuant to Section 2551 of the Streets and Highways Code.
