Except as otherwise provided in Section 101304, whenever the signature of any officer or employee of the district is authorized or required under the provisions of this part, the signature may be made by the use of a plate or stamp bearing a facsimile of the signature, or such signature may be reproduced by any other facsimile method authorized by law.
