(a) Of the amount made available pursuant to Section 80130, forty million dollars ($40,000,000) shall be available for deposit into the California Ocean Protection Trust Fund, established pursuant to Section 35650, for projects that assist coastal communities, including those reliant on commercial fisheries, with adaptation to climate change, including projects that address ocean acidification, sea level rise, or habitat restoration and protection, including, but not limited to, the protection of coastal habitat associated with the Pacific Flyway. (b) Thirty-five percent of the amount available pursuant to this section shall be available to the San Francisco Bay Area Conservancy Program (Chapter 4.5 (commencing with Section 31160) of Division 21). (c) Twelve percent of the amount available pursuant to this section shall be available to the State Coastal Conservancy to fund a conservation program at West Coyote Hills. (d) The remainder of the amount available pursuant to this section shall be available pursuant to Section 31113.
