Notwithstanding the maps adopted pursuant to Section 17 of Chapter 1330 of the Statutes of 1976, as amended by Section 29 of Chapter 1331 of the Statutes of 1976, the inland boundary of the coastal zone, as shown on the detailed coastal maps adopted by the commission on March 1, 1977, is amended by maps 1 to 35, inclusive, dated September 12, 1979, and which are on file in the office of the commission. Maps 1 to 35, inclusive, are hereby adopted by reference. The areas deleted and added to the coastal zone are specifically shown on maps 1 to 35, inclusive, adopted by this section, and are generally described in this chapter.
