(a) A district shall keep a record of the proceedings of its meetings. A district is subject to the provisions of the Ralph M. Brown Act (commencing with Section 54950 of the Government Code). (b) A district may destroy a record pursuant to Chapter 7 (commencing with Section 60200) of Division 1 of Title 6 of the Government Code.
