(a) The board shall meet at least four times per year or as often as the chair or the board deems necessary to conduct its business. (b) The chair shall, with the assistance of staff, prepare the agenda for each board meeting. Meeting agendas shall be prepared in advance of each meeting based on input from board members, staff, and the public. (c) The board and any committees established by the board shall comply with, and be subject to, the requirements of the Bagley-Keene Open Meeting Act (Article 9 (commencing with Section 11120) of Chapter 1 of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code). (d) The board shall comply with, and be subject to, the requirements of the California Public Records Act (Division 10 (commencing with Section 7920.000) of Title 1 of the Government Code).
