For purposes of this part, the following definitions apply: (a) “Contractor” means any individual, corporation, partnership, business entity, joint venture or association, or any other organization or any combination thereof, that has entered into a contractual relationship with any public entity. (b) “Person” means any individual, corporation, partnership, business entity, joint venture, or association, or any other organization or any combination thereof. (c) “Year 2000 Problem” has the same meaning as that set forth in subdivision (a) of Section 3269 of the Civil Code.
