(a) The relevant contracts between the city and the business entity for the project shall require errors and omissions insurance coverage for the design elements of the project. (b) The relevant contracts between the city and the business entity shall be subject to subdivision (b) of Section 2782 of the Civil Code. (c) Any contract between the business entity and a contractor or subcontractor relating to the project shall be subject to Section 2782.05 of the Civil Code.
