(a) For each arrest made, the reporting agency shall report to the Department of Justice, concerning each arrest, the applicable identification and arrest data described in Section 13125 and fingerprints, including the CII number and incident report number, except as otherwise provided by law or as prescribed by the Department of Justice. (b) This section shall become operative on July 1, 2020.
