(a) California Cadet Corps units shall be organized and each shall consist of commissioned cadet officers, cadet warrant officers, and noncommissioned cadet officers as shall be prescribed by the Adjutant General. (b) Cadet officers shall be commissioned in accordance with rules and regulations adopted by the Adjutant General and upon recommendation of the commandant and with the approval of the respective principal or brigade advisor. (c) The warrant and noncommissioned cadet officers shall be appointed by the commandant.
