The statement required by Section 1591 shall be verified in the manner prescribed in Sections 903 and 903.5 and the certificate of each trustee in the United States holding trusteed assets of the alien insurer shall be filed, showing the description and amount of the trusteed assets and the purpose for which they are held. The statement shall be filed in quadruplicate by the alien insurer with the office of the department in Los Angeles. Upon receipt of the four copies, the commissioner shall ensure that one copy is maintained at the department’s office in Los Angeles, one copy at the department’s office in the San Francisco Bay area, and one copy at the department’s office in Sacramento. The commissioner may at other times require an admitted alien insurer to file similar statements, showing the information specified in Section 1591 with respect to another date prescribed by the commissioner.
