As used in this chapter: (a) “Commissioner” means the Insurance Commissioner. (b) “Department” means the Department of Insurance. (c) “Licensee” means a person licensed under this chapter. (d) “Manager” means the individual under whose direction, control, charge, or management the business of a licensee is operated. (e) “Person” includes any individual, firm, company, association, organization, partnership, limited liability company, and corporation.
