Each nonendowment care cemetery or the Cemetery and Funeral Bureau shall post in a conspicuous place in the office or offices where sales are conducted and in a conspicuous place at or near the entrance of the cemetery or its administration building and readily accessible to the public, a legible sign with lettering of a size and style to be approved by the Cemetery and Funeral Bureau that shall contain the following information in the order and manner set forth below: (a) A heading containing the words “nonendowment care.” (b) This is a nonendowment care interment property.
