In accordance with subdivision (e) of Section 50231, responsibility for administering the following programs shall transfer from the Interagency Council on Homelessness to the Department of Housing and Community Development on or before July 1, 2024: (a) The Homeless Housing, Assistance, and Prevention program (Chapter 6 (commencing with Section 50216) and Chapter 6.5 (commencing with Section 50230)). (b) The Encampment Resolution Funding program authorized by Chapter 7 (commencing with Section 50250). (c) The Family Homelessness Challenge Grants and Technical Assistance Program authorized by Chapter 8 (commencing with Section 50255).
