As used in this article, the following terms have the following meanings: (a) “Approved school of nursing or approved nursing program” has the same meaning as defined in Section 2786 of the Business and Professions Code. (b) “Clinic” has the same meaning as defined in Section 1200, and includes a primary care clinic and a specialty clinic, as described in Section 1204. (c) “Department” means the Department of Health Care Access and Information. (d) “Health facility” has the same meaning as defined in Section 1250.
