(a) The department shall have the seizure and embargo powers provided for in Article 3 (commencing with Section 111860) of Chapter 7 with respect to industrial hemp products and raw extract. (b) The department shall have the ability to recall industrial hemp products or raw extract that it determines to be dangerous to the public in the manner prescribed in Section 110806.
