(a) No person shall knowingly manufacture, sell, or offer for sale any toy that is designed to depict torture or resemble an instrument specifically designed for torture, or that specifically resembles a bomb or grenade. (b) This section shall not apply to any model of an aircraft, ship, motor vehicle, railroad engine, car, or rocketship or other spacecraft, or to any part of the model. (c) Violation of this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than six hundred dollars ($600).
