A valid registration as an environmental health specialist under this article shall only be issued to a person who has: (a) Met the applicable education and experience requirements. (b) Successfully passed the examination for registration. (c) Submitted a complete application in accordance with Section 106630. (d) Paid the fees required in Section 106700. (e) Not committed acts specified in subdivision (a) of Section 106715.
