(a) By no later than July 1, 2029, a school shall begin to phase out restricted school foods and ultraprocessed foods of concern. (b) Beginning July 1, 2032, a vendor shall not offer restricted school foods or ultraprocessed foods of concern to a school. (c) The failure of a school, local educational agency, or vendor to comply with this section does not create a private right of action.
