(a) The agency shall be subject to the Ralph M. Brown Act (Chapter 9 (commencing with Section 54950) of Part 1 of Division 2 of Title 5) and the California Public Records Act (Division 10 (commencing with Section 7920.000) of Title 1). (b) This section shall become operative on March 1, 2022.
