(a) The North Coast Railroad Authority is hereby created, having a service area comprising the Counties of Humboldt, Marin, Mendocino, Sonoma, and Trinity. (b) On March 1, 2022, the North Coast Railroad Authority shall be renamed the Great Redwood Trail Agency. (c) Whenever the term “North Coast Railroad Authority” appears in a law, the term means the “Great Redwood Trail Agency.” (d) Existing supplies, forms, insignias, signs, logos, uniforms, emblems, and other materials shall not be destroyed or changed as a result of renaming the North Coast Railroad Authority as the Great Redwood Trail Agency, and those materials shall continue to be used until exhausted or unserviceable.
