The Board of Trustees for the California Museum of Latino History, Art, and Culture shall, on or before January 1, 1991, and annually thereafter, report to the Legislature on the status of the museum project and the use of state funds appropriated and allocated for the establishment of the museum, until the funds are fully expended.
