(a) The members of the commission and committee shall serve without compensation, except that each member appointed by the Governor shall receive one hundred dollars ($100) for each day’s attendance at a meeting of the commission or committee. (b) Each member of the commission and committee shall be allowed actual expenses incurred in the discharge of the member’s duties, including travel expenses.
